Customers can contact us within 30 days after receiving the goods. If you receive a defective or damaged item, wrong size or wrong product, please contact us immediately through our support center: service@minimikey.com

All returns or refunds must first be approved by our customer service team; if approved, you need to return the unused items, and then provide the return tracking number to the customer service.
